You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform, including submitting false information when registering for events, spamming comments, scraping content, or attempting to disrupt the Service.

Accounts

Events & Tickets

Event registrations are subject to availability and any specific terms published for an event. Paid tickets are processed through Stripe. Unless stated otherwise on an event, tickets are non-refundable; where a refund is offered, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Real Estate Listings

Property listings are provided for informational purposes. WinTheDay does not act as a real estate broker. Listing details, availability, and pricing are provided by third parties and may change; verify all information with the associated agent before acting.

Best Places & Business Directory

Business and place listings are submitted by business owners or third parties and may include paid tiers. We do not endorse or guarantee any listed business, its products, services, availability, or accuracy of its details. Paid listings are processed through Stripe; listing fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Listings may be removed or rejected at our discretion if they violate these Terms or our content guidelines.

Reviews, Ratings & User Content

You may leave star ratings, reviews, comments, and "love"/favorite actions on listings, stories, and podcasts. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and lawful content, and not to post defamatory, infringing, abusive, or spam material. Reviews and submissions you post remain yours, but you grant us a royalty-free license to display them on the Service. We may remove any user content at our discretion.

Content & Intellectual Property

All magazine stories, podcasts, e-books, and other content on the Service are owned by or licensed to WinTheDay. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our content without permission.

Third-Party Links & Advertising

The Service may include advertisements and links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability
