Eric was diagnosed with diabetes and prescribed medication. But instead of accepting it as his new normal, he resisted. He made a choice — not just for himself, but together with his wife Kathleen — to fight back the only way that truly works: by changing how they lived, one day at a time.

They overhauled their lifestyle. They committed to showing up for their health, for each other, and for the bodies and lives they believe God gave them to steward well. And after 100 days, Eric was free from high blood sugar. No medication. Just discipline, faith, and the daily decision to win the day.

That journey taught Eric something simple but life-changing: you don't have to conquer everything at once. You just have to get up and accomplish one thing today. That's enough to make you a winner. That's enough to move you one step closer to your God-given purpose.

That's where Win the Day was born — not from a boardroom, but from a belief that life is meant to be lived with purpose.

We're Kathleen and Eric — real estate agents, and proudly Nova Scotian. Kathleen is also a licensed Associate Mortgage Broker. Our health journey opened our eyes to something bigger: when you start living with intention, everything changes — your health, your relationships, your career, your community.

We brought that same philosophy into our professional lives. We believe real estate is about so much more than transactions. It's about people.
